On behalf of Travelogic I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and may 2008 be a successful year for us all.

2008 is set to see high double digit growth in selected city hotel markets across US, Europe and Asia with global airfares also set to climb.

With the Beijing Olympics, economic growth and an increasingly mobile population we are set for a busy year ahead. 

2007 has seen Travelogic open an office in Perth, launch our Eventlogic division and turn 18, thank you to all who have made this possible. 

2008 is shaping up to be another terrific year; we look forward to our ongoing development and sharing the benefits with you.

At their annual board meeting, the CEOs of the Star Alliance member airlines voted December 13 to accept the application of Air India to become a future member of the alliance.

Virgin Blue have unveiled their new Premium Economy seats that will be fitted across their entire domestic fleet.
Jetstar to compete with Qantas in Europe
Jetstar has announced plans to compete on routes previously abandoned by Qantas as well as some existing routes.
Hand Baggage Restrictions for Etihad
Please note the new restrictions in force in line with the rest of Europe
Surf's Up
BA has just recently banned the carriage of surfboards on all flights, Qantas have no plans to amend their current policy to allow carriage subject to certain weight & length restrictions.
Non-stop to Vancouver
Air Canada launched their non-stop service to Vancouver on 18 December.
Qantas Confirm Start Date for Premium Economy
Seats will be available from 1 Apr 08 on selected flights.
