Directors Comment
By now you may have heard Qantas has announced reducing travel agents commissions throughout next year.
  • International commissions reduces 1/1/2005
  • Domestic commissions reduce 1/7/2005.

This is following a global trend and we expect all or most other airlines will follow this move.

We have been preparing for this inevitable development and indeed support the principles behind it. The elimination of 'hidden' commissions will create a more transparent commercial environment. You will then clearly see exactly the 'cost' of what you are paying for and the value Travelogic brings to the process.

As soon as we receive further details from Qantas, we will be in a position to advise how this will impact you.
