We are a
people business, our people are our most valuable
asset..they are both well used clichés but are so
very true. Like in most industries, the travel
industry is experiencing unprecedented challenges in
attracting 'good' people. This is compounded by the
fact that our industry is perceived to be poorly
remunerated (but what about the 'perks' I here you
say...) and the perception that we are/will be a
technology focussed industry, rendering many people
obsolete. I’m delighted to share with you that

have great people. Technology, buying power can
drive efficiencies but ultimately it’s the people
