e-logic: Online travel
enhancements. Qantas & Virgin on the same site!
This month brings a
new version of e-logic, with the ability to source both Qantas
and Virgin fares through the one entry. No longer will you have
to access two sites to check which airline is cheapest. This
will save loads of time if you have been doing this OR if
you haven't, it will save you loads of dollars because you will now
be sure to secure the lowest fare on either airline.
The new version brings
another enhancements. The ability to book different fare
structures per sector. Eg: Restrictive on the outbound and Flexible
on the return, which happens to be Travelogic's advice for all
business travel.
Wouldn't
it be smart if you could source both Qantas and Virgin airfares through one
request on the one internet site?

Lufthansa Flies to
Business Centres of Charlotte and Guangzhou
As of its summer timetable 2004, Lufthansa
will substantially increase its offer of flights for customers from its
Munich hub. It has already been decided that, as of 26th March, the airline
will provide a daily service from Munich to Charlotte. As early as 1st
February, Guangzhou will be on Munich's flight plan with a flight continuing
from Shanghai five times a week. As of 28th March, this connection will then
be extended to a daily service. Charlotte, the metropolis in the American
South, will simultaneously be a special event for Lufthansa: 'The fact that
for the second time a new long-haul destination is served not from Frankfurt
but rather from Munich, is an indication that Terminal 2 is continuing its
success story as Lufthansa's second hub', says Ralf Teckentrup, Lufthansa
Executive Vice-President Network Management, IT and Purchasing. More...

Travelogic Update
|
Staff Profile:
Tracey Philp
I joined Travelogic in September 1998 and
worked here for two years. In 2000 I went to Santa Cruz, California to live and
work for 18 months. There is no place like home and now I have moved back to
Sydney.
I have been in the travel industry for nine
years and travelled extensively in Bali, Malaysia, Vietnam and America.
Vietnam has most definitely been my favourite destination. I absolutely
loved the friendly people, the fascinating culture, and beautiful scenery. I
plan to go back one day (soon). I am next planning to tour around Italy and
Spain. But before then I already have a trip to Mexico planned.
Tracey works as a multi-skilled consultant
on several of our high profile accounts.
