Qantas to Double Excess Baggage Charges
Effective 08 Apr Qantas will increase its charges for additional domestic baggage to $22 per piece, up from the current $11 impost. International excess baggage charges will also increase by about 20%, with new rates ranging from $12 per kg for flights under 1000km right through to $48 per kg for flights longer than 7000km.
