Further Terms & Conditions
  • All Virgin and orange fare levels (internet fares) are instant purchase. We will confirm your tickets and bill your credit card at time of booking for the fare level and flight time frames requested. The terms and conditions of the fares will be valid from this point on. If this is not suitable please let us know. 
  • Qantas blue or yellow fare levels, must be ticketed within 24 hours. We require your authorisation to ticket the reservations also within 24 hours of receipt of the itinerary. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the flight reservation.
  • Please note that changes that require reissues may attract a service fee of $ 27.50 per change in addition to any airline fees
  • All changes that don't require reissue will attract a $11.00 service fee in addition to any airline fees
  • After 30 June all new booking will attract a $ 27.50 booking fee
