AIRLINE RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
We provide travelers with the most convenient flights available while assuring the Lowest Logical Airfare at the time of booking. Our state of the art reservation systems allow us to continually update travelers on the availability of "sold-out" flights. Convenient ticket delivery is also provided.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Through our Worldwide Select Hotel Program and our Select Limited Service Hotel Program, we offer significant savings, property variety, worldwide geographic coverage, and value-added benefits to best serve the needs of our client corporations and their business travelers. Additionally, our Supplier Relations Group is dedicated to helping our corporate clients better manage all aspects of their lodging expenditures.
PREFERRED CAR RENTAL AND LIMOUSINE PROGRAMS
Our preferred car rental program with Hertz and Avis offers reduced rates and value-added amenities to travelers who do not have access to negotiated programs of their own. American Express travel counselors can also provide competitive rates on luxury chauffeured car and limousine service worldwide from our three preferred limousine partners, Dav El, Carey International and 1-800-LIMO-CENTER.
PASSPORT AND VISA SERVICE
When you make your reservations, we will notify you of any passport, visa or tourist card requirements, and provide assistance to help ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.

As an American Express Corporate Services client, you have the benefit of travellers' assistance, free of office charges***, from any of the more than 1,700* Travel and Foreign Exchange Services locations around the world in more than 130 countries. Services include re-confirmation of airline tickets, hotel and car rental reservations, airline flight re-scheduling and sightseeing arrangements.
MEETINGS, CONFERENCES, AND CONVENTIONS

24-HOUR HOTLINE SERVICE
Our exclusive toll-free service is available to our U.S. and Canadian customers for use during non-business hours or while on the road. Call the hotline during any emergency situation, or if you unexpectedly need to change your reservation - seven days a week, 365 days a year.
