Supplier Changes
Please note that all airfares/hotel bookings are subject to change. Should a change occur, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Changes to your reservations will incur fees. Click here to view.

Confirmation
If you have requested Virgin or orange fare levels (internet fares) these tickets are instant purchase. We will confirm your tickets and bill your credit card at time of booking for the fare level and flight time frames requested. The terms and conditions of the fares will be valid from this point on. If this is not suitable please let us know.
If you have requested a Qantas blue or yellow fare level, these fares must be ticketed within 24 hours. We require your authorisation to ticket the reservations also within 24 hours of receipt of the itinerary. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the flight reservation.
For hotel bookings, the equivalent of 1 night's accommodation, non-refundable, is required to confirm your hotel stay.
